Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction site operations and coordinate with project managers
• Lead and mentor teams of 50+ workers including carpenters, steel fixers, and concreters
• Enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations and UAE building standards
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Monitor project schedules, materials inventory, and equipment deployment
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections
• Report progress to senior management and flag risks or delays proactively
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors for seamless execution
• Ensure quality control at every construction phase through regular inspections
• Manage punch lists and oversee final handover processes to the client

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial or infrastructure construction
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Valid OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety qualification
• Proven track record managing projects valued above USD 5 million
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in GCC countries is a strong advantage
• Valid passport ready for UAE visa processing
• Able to pass a practical trade test
• Physically fit and able to work extended hours in a high-temperature environment
